Here are some things you can do for more inventory storage space
Start a new character (instant 60 slots)
Level them in horse capacity (60 slots over 60 days)
Upgrade their backpack – instant 60 slots but can be costly in terms of gold.
You’re limited to a maximum of 8 characters and up to nine additional character slots can be bought with crowns
Buy storage chests with crowns or writs or level up rewards
You get a free storage chest at Level 18 with 30 slots. For other bigger chests, you’ll need to spend crowns or PVP in Imperial City.
The easiest way is to do Master Writs to earn writ vouchers which you can use to buy the chests.
Take note that Storage Chests must be placed in a house to be used. The house needs to be big if you wish to place all the chests otherwise you can only place a few at a time. You’ll not be able to access them from Cyrodiil unless you port out to another zone, and then port again to your house [and requeue to enter Cyrodiil again if needed]

Buy a new ESO account
You cannot trade/mail bind-on-pickup and bound items this way.

Start your own private guild bank
Look out for those free trial periods on this page
Create at least ten accounts and invite them to a guild that only you own. You’ll need separate email addresses for each
Tada! You now have 500 units of space.
You can use the guild bank to transfer items between your other accounts easily, instead of trading directly using two different PCs.
Note: You cannot store bind-on-pickup and bound items in the guild bank. Also treasure maps cannot be stored as well.
Note #2: Any bind-on-equip items you equip will be bound to your account and cannot be moved to a guild bank anymore
Buy ESO Plus ($15/mth)
This will double your bank space up to a maximum of 480 slots.
You’ll also get a crafting bag good to store unlimited crafting materials
Buy the Bristleneck War Boar
This will increase your inventory slots by 5 slots on all characters accountwide.
Yes, it can increase it beyond the 200 max possible slots if you’re maxed out
